Kaoshi was founded by international students who experienced first-hand the challenges of accessing cross-border financial services
Our founders come from diverse backgrounds (a physicist, a lawyer and a data engineer) but with one experience in common, the frustration of dealing with poor cross-border financial services. We were inspired by Open Banking's success in making domestic financial services more accessible. We believe that a similar open-data framework is what is needed to solve the challenges plaguing the cross-border financial services industry.
